Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Private Law (major in judicial procedures ) –  Nice Sophia-Antipolis University

  • University degree in Corporate insolvency and restructuring law (failing companies) – University of Toulouse Capitole 1

  • University degree in Labour litigation and dispute resolution –  University of Toulouse Capitole 1

Background

Originally Cécile NEGRO planned a career as a court bailiff and she continued her university studies at the École Nationale de Procédure (ENP). Nevertheless, she eventually chose to move closer to her personal core values and to focus more on the rights of the defence than on the enforcement of judicial decisions.

After joining a general law firm with a focus on criminal law as a clerk, she turned to employment law. She then gained hands-on experience with a firm specialising in employment law, building her skills in consulting and litigation.

She consolidated her expertise in a law firm that specialised in insolvency proceedings by working as an associate in employment law for two years.

Personal strengths

Perspective is a key strength: Cécile NEGRO guides her clients towards a favourable outcome that matches their needs as closely as possible. Within the framework of a principled negotiation, she defends the interests of her clients by helping them to become part of the solution in order to avoid a gruelling and time-consuming Labour court procedure.

Trained in both collective and individual relations, Maître Cécile NEGRO chooses to assist both companies and employees alike by providing a global vision: she brings her in-depth knowledge of the business world while keeping an eye on the employee’s position.

Whether you are a business owner or an employee, she assists you either with advice or in case of litigation.
